I booked a domestic Canada flex fare for $274, then subsequently changed it to a comfort fare for an extra $90, total $364. Then I tried to cancel it for a refund, thinking that comfort fares advertise their refundability. But when I went online to do that, the system is saying it will deduct a $231.70 cancellation fee for this. Does that sound right?
