Since my last WS flight, the rules for the U.S. have changed (i.e. this week) -- so I don't know if that changed the attestation requirement or changed if/how WS might collect the forms.
Thanks, and suspected it would be something you affirmed by clicking a consent form during the OLCI much like that you aren't traveling with flammable material or dangerous goods.I did find DL's hardcopy attestation form so may use that as a fall back.
