Can I hope to purchase a J class ticket and have them offer a paid upgrade to LP when I check in? Or given that it is not currently being sold, will they just operate LP empty for the flight?

AF did offer P service on ORD for a couple of months last spring but that was it. Indeed, the 2022 spring and summer schedule shows a 359. I believe OP's point was that maps for ORD for part of this winter show a 4 class 77W with J starting at row 3, yet P is not available for purchase. Would FB elites be able to select P seats on J tickets if 4 class equipment actually flies the route or would AF simply close the P cabin?
