What I hadn't heard before is that there is a Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge opening next year in the new building. I guess Finnair doesn't have similar plans?
It is possible to use the PP lounge on arrival at Helsinki already, so long as you arrive from a Schengen country, or a Non Schengen OSS country (Ireland, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, UK and USA)
All other Non Schengen flight arrivals are disembarked via the "unclean" part of the terminal, and that is the only case use of the PP lounge on arrival is unfortunately not possible.
