I have now captured another Delta fare reduction to a future ticketed flight, and I now have 6 eCredits in my Skymiles profile.
I had a conversation yesterday with a phone agent who seemed in the know and indicated that at least for the time-being during the covid era, they have a lot of flexibility regarding the number of credits that can be applied to a booking.
