There is a lab at YVR that’s open on Dec 25 and Jan 1, <$100 depending on which test. They can also do a 3 hour same day turnaround for $400. PM me if you want the name.
I contacted Switch Health and them confirmed there will be nurses working on Dec 25. I am not flying to HI and haven't flown there recently so don't know sorry.
