Yeah, the COVID FAQs are not very helpful b/c it does not really talk about what if you get sick. I, for one, even if I could travel and there was no testing would not want to do that knowing that I might expose someone to the virus. Anyways, it seems that if one get doctors note which should not be such a big deal then they should cover the difference in fare up to 10K. Obviously after sickness economy is less frightening b/c currently probably one cannot get more protection than tripple-vax + recovered.
