I have been following this forum for a long time but this is my first topic here I think.

I have a question.

My wife and I have booked Premium Economy on Air France from Brazil to Paris in March 2022.

I am thinking of surprising my wife with a Business Class upgrade.

What is the best way to do it. As it can both be onward and return I am thinking of buying it last minute. Any tips, ideas? How much should I expect to pay?
