The PH is several blocks due north of the Lincoln Memorial. It's relatively close to the Viet Nam and Korean War Veterans Memorials. It's a bit of hike, though, to most of the museums which are to the east, past the Reflecting Pool and the Washington Monument. IMHO, the GH is better located for the major tourist sites.
