Originally liked the GH due to proximity to the national mall. Park Hyatt doesn't look too far either. Thoughts?
While I haven't stayed at the GH yet, I would say that the PH can be a bit far from the main center of DC. I've found DC to be a bit annoying to walk in due to long-timed pedestrian signals and wide streets that would be dangerous to jay-walk across. The closest Metro station to the PH is at Foggy Bottom, which is probably a 10-minute walk. One nice thing about the PH, though, is the proximity to Georgetown (5-10 minute walk) for restaurants, etc.

If you can get an upgrade to at least a Junior Suite at the PH, the bathrooms are really cool.
