bjrolston I would definitely ask about specifics if the staff doesn't explain the property credit to you. Some exclude certain charges (alcohol, mini-bar, etc.) so you'd certainly want to make sure that you'll be using your credit in full. The letter should explain this, but staff should be happy to clear up any ambiguities.
