With HEL being Finnair’s home airport, does it operate a “permanent” checkin facility for any flight? Or checkin opens only 2 hours before. Flying to SIN, which is timed just before midnight, and I may tire of walking around the city centre aimlessly, hence thinking of going to the lounge early and putting my feet up ahead of the long flight.
I´m not sure if there is any kind of time limit, check in desks are open all day, so is bag drop.
the earliest I have shown up was just prior to Covid when I checked in for LHR flight leaving at 19.30 at around 14.30 and had a very nice afternoon and early evening at the platinum wing.
