In general, I have been able to earn Hilton (and Marriott, for that matter) points when booking through my company's travel website (concur or American Express). That said, once not too long ago, they loaded a particular rate called out as Booking.com, and that rate did NOT earn me points. All other times, I'm fine. But if I had a choice, I would book directly with Hilton.com
