I have a 001 AA ticket attached to my British Airways account. Just trying to work out the Tier Points I will receive for a cash upgrade of a Premium Economy (W class) ticket into Business (C class)... but I can't see 'C' described anywhere on BA's earning calculator (only J, D, I, R classes for American flights). Any insight?
