1. ~$100/y Chase WoH business card annual fee (after 2x $50 Hyatt stay credits)
naturally spend $10K/y (largely at Hyatt's and bonused categories) early in the CY
make a $40K/y estimated tax payment early in the CY ($800 fee)
(nets WoH 60K/y* - worth $900 to offset all above fees) *assumes 200K/y points redeemed
25 EQN/y

2. ~$100/y Chase WoH personal card annual fee
natural spend $15K/y on mostly dining & at Hyatt's
two Cat4 certs offset the annual fee and then some
11 EQN/y

3. Naturally redeem 1 Cat7 & 3 Cat4 certs/y on one-night road-trip stays
4 EQN/y

4. Enjoy four 5n vacations each year in suites using TSUs
