Will the various bonuses count, or just the standard miles earnings on dining?

I also want to know if the "1 AA FF mile earned per dollar spent at Hyatt hotels" will earn LPs. I know that points-to-miles conversions do not count. And the miles earned at stays (when choosing miles and not hotel points) appear like they will qualify. But this AA/Hyatt elite benefit is somewhat in the grayzone.
