I would only add, that it would be a very good idea to also have a notarized statement from the parents authorizing them to authorize medical care for the daughter.

Heaven forbid she should get really sick, but if it were to happen, hospitals can be *very* sticky about who can sign off on medical care for a child not their own.

We frequently keep a delightful daughter of some friends of ours locally, but even so we have this letter just in case.
