Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Very happy.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked: Deluxe room
Received: Junior Suite

How are the rooms?
It was very nice and spacious with a separate bedroom and the nice bathroom. I had an issue which the minibar which was promptly resolved.

How is the exec. lounge?
It was closed.

What was good and what was bad?
The whole stay was good and I didn't have issue. The staff at the breakfast was great, they attended to my everyneeds and seemed to pop up whenever I finished a drink.
At checkin I had a very young lady who didn't seem to know IC very well she wasn't aware of Ambassador status nor the benefits, her superior had to correct this.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Interesting and not too expensive considering I booked last minute. I will come back for sure as I loved the view of the zoo reminding me of Central Park.
