$200 booking credit is once per calendar year, so booking one hotel now and one hotel after Jan on the same card would use up those credits.
the $100 hotel credit is per stay. you could stay 365 nights in different hotels and get $365,000 in credits for FHR or 182 reservations with Hotel Collection for $182,000 (each requires a 2 night stay).
