MyIRmobile in MD issued a QR code for about a week. I can't recall exactly when, but it was sometime around August or September. Inexplicably, the QR code disappeared just as quickly as it went up and is no longer valid. The site now has a link explaining that their codes have been disabled. I wonder if this is a dispute between CommonTrust and MyIR, the state government and CommonTrust and MyIR, or all three. Maybe I'm not understanding how all these relationships work. Regardless, it's quite frustrating that the official state vaccine registry can't link to a valid QR code that's recognized as SMART.
