I don't have the answer to your question (sorry about that), but I wanted to ask - what is the point in not just listing the cities or airports? It's distracting as hell to read, and I can promise you that somebody (probably several somebodies) is/are going to ask. And the actual airports might make a difference. Especially if one is high/hot for example, or limited runway - like EYW.
