That was exactly my concern and I wanted to make sure it wasn't instead a widespread IT issue. I called CSR and they reset my password (I wasn't able to do this online) and confirmed nobody had misused my account. I still have no idea what kind of glitch occurred, but I'm back in with no visible harm done. Thanks for your input.
