I am almost got tripped up on this one. I made a two-night reservation using UR Points for the Radisson Royal hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was booked, and I am going back to review all my reservations just before departing. The listing on Chase Travel says "includes taxes and fees" so I figure everything is good, and the math will be right. Then I go look at the price details and taxes and fees are shown as extra costs. The worse part -- The Radisson site and Expedia both offer the same room (with the same options) for about $100 less than what I can get through Chase Travel. So much for getting a good value for the points with the CSR 1.5 multiplier.
