i wasn't expecting anything being only gold, but its hardly overwhelming.

Novotels in Valence Sud and Aix-en-Provence Beaumanoir gave absolutely nothing.

The Beaumanoir didn't even give the welcome drink until asked and even then they wanted to see my membership card before i received it - they accepted the app. But they had my account details already so not sure what that's all about. The rooms are like travelling through time - back to the 1990s. Unfortunately, i may be staying here more frequently here next year due to work.
