1. Until 31 December 2021, passengers are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Japan;
- spouses or children of nationals of Japan;
- passengers with a re-entry permission;
- passengers with a visa issued by Japan outside Japan. The visa must not have "M19" in the Remarks column;
- US military personnel, civilian personnel, and their dependents. They must have SOFA status and have the required documents stipulated in Article IX of the US-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.
