Can anyone help clarifying the refund rules if one flies the outbound segment and has to voluntarily cancel the return segment? Do you get an evoucher for the value of the return segment or is the value completely lost since you took the outbound segment?
eg. If a round-trip ticket from London to Miami is booked and you can't take the return segment, does the current policy allow me to at least get some money if I can't take the flight back.
