After around 1 hour 10-30 minutes, the system should be disconnecting you so that you are not being kept on hold for ages. If there is silence, that is also the sign to disconnect the call yourself (I'd leave it for about 10 minutes before disconnecting just to see whether someone actually picks up).
Oh dear. This isn’t friendly or intuitive. They don’t staff their call centers sufficiently, yet hard handedly disconnect calls - and the customer has to call again repeating the same process. How is it possible to get through?
