Just find another hotel. I give up on the Hyatt. Poor service and sub standard rooms.
I just finished a stay here and while I don't think it is a five star property as this point and didn't have the best of luck during my stay....I wouldn't classify quite like that. Particularly on the service. I found the service to be quite good. I would be interested to hear what exactly you found so bad.
