Long story short I needed to charge A large amount on my Hyatt credit card so the representative moved all of my available credit from my freedom and my reserve to the Hyatt leaving only $500 left on each of avail credit on the freedom and the reserve

I logged on today and I saw a $550 CSR credit

I 100% was not trying to scam the system was actually going to move some of the credit back in a month when my globalist posted

do you know why this is done and does it affect anything with my CSR I used a lot of the benefits already like the travel credits etc.
