You can get a shower and a free coffee by showing your J boarding pass. But think more a nice gym shower than a lounge. But indeed better than nothing.

Yes, the ANA domestic lounge in Narita doubles as an arrivals lounge. Or maybe it is vice versa. It is a nice waiting room if there is a bit of time for the next bus or train. The showers are nice though.
