Kind of a weird/scary/annoying situation and I'm hoping someone has advice...
- I have a Flying Blue account that opened and used only once back in October of 2019 for cheap flight on Air France
- I earned something tiny like 140 miles that I haven't even thought about since
- Last month in October 2021 I transferred miles from Amex to Flying Blue and used those transferred miles to book a business class award ticket from the US to London on KLM (via AMS)
- This award ticket is still in the system under the record locator given at booking and the ticket shows as "ticketed"
- I tried to log in to my account a few days ago and was unable to do so. Attempting to reset my password gives me the option to send an email or a text but neither actually sends anything to me
- I contacted KLM via twitter and they said they have no record of my account and that I need to make a new one because mine was deleted due to inactivity. Apparently this cannot be undone (see screenshot in spoiler)
Basically I'm just concerned that this ticket and miles will be lost... I don't want to just create a new account to try and attach it to this booking because I don't want to screw something up but I feel kind of left out to dry here. I don't think I did anything wrong

Can I escalate this somewhere? I know there are more imminent issues at the moment with COVID cancellations and such, so I know some patience will be required here.
