Has LH/LX just stopped paying for certain services at certain outstations? In SF and LAX AF P still provides everything (except the arrival support is spotty in SF). Again I've never needed it because of pre-check and global entry, but I'm sure would be super helpful for those without. Also they ensured they'd get your bags off the belt first, etc.
