If you need one, get one, especially if you're not getting them via email.
Unfortunately this would have to be the modus operandi for now.
Oftentimes, the front desk person would insist that they’ve sent it and said just need to be patient and wait for the email to arrive - so it seems a bit awkward and “untrusting” to still insist on a printout.
Other times, the front desk doesn’t have a printer and the person has to go into some office behind it just to retrieve a printout, which delays other guests already queueing behind me - again awkward.
