Is there a certain time or day that is working hours for agents of chat?
mmh to be honest I just tried earlier this day and didnt have an issue - but right now i even dont get the option to chat to agent. maybe right now there is an issue right now. In general they will say all agents are busy and they connect you to next agent but that would only take a few minutes... definitely not hours like the hotline.
