I had a stay a week ago (booked on the app and did OLCI) that I just now realize did not credit automatically. Of course, I asked them to email me the receipt on checkout and verified my email address with them verbally at that time.

I would hate to have to go back to asking for printouts every time, but that's easier for me than chasing down receipts after the fact.
