2 hours 15 minutes is plenty of time to connect from a domestic to international flight (or any flight, really) at MEX. I think the issue is Volaris doesn't file a fare from OAX to DFW so their booking engine suppresses the connection. You could buy two seperate tickets but would be at their mercy (aka on your own) if your first flight was late and missed your connection.
