I ultimately purchased the ticket (CPH-LGW) through American Express and paid $ 20 more ($91.00) than CO was pricing it out at, but did not want to sell me on a separate basis. I was told to call Maersk, but so far as I know, Maersk does not have a U.S. desk for reservations.
I had to buy the CPH/LGW segment separately as well - I priced IAH-LGW-CPH and return CPH-LGW with 6 day layover then LGW-IAH at $1200, but IAH-LGW-CPH and then LGW-IAH was $500! I bought the CPH-LGW on www.maersk-air.com for about $100, in Medium.

Bloody great cheek of Continental to try to sell me a $100 flight segment for $700!!!

Another interesting anecdote from this particular trip is a CPH-GVA trip I have to take, on the SAS website I was quote US$1400 r/t but on Expedia I got same flights for $182!
