No hotel bill via email
I notice for my stays this year at various Marriott group hotels, all booked via the Marriott app, I never once received the hotel bill after checkout - even though I specifically asked Reception for it (and they indeed have “triggered” in their system). I had called and checked with Marriott customer service - indeed my email address, used for decades now, is correct in my profile. Still an unresolved mystery, so now I have to insist on a physical printout - in case of retroactive claims.
Anyone else has the same problem?
