AS871 HNL-ANC on 11/28 was cancelled with reason given being crew timeout. Received $150 credit through email automatically. Alaska provided a hotel voucher for the night though it took over an hour after cancelation to get the hotel voucher. The phone agent and twitter agent both said I wouldn't receive a hotel voucher so I went ahead a booked something myself before I received the voucher. Luckily I had not checked into the hotel I had booked for the night and was able to cancel and use the Alaska voucher.
