I used FFD at JFK last week for the first time since it reopened. I was surprised by how few passengers seemed to be using it.

There were at least 4 flights with Flagship First that were about to depart when I was there (2x A321T to LAX, A321T to SFO, and 77W to LHR), so potentially close to 40 eligible passengers, plus any guests.

However, for the entire 2 hours I was in FFD, there were less than 10 passengers total using the facility.

While it was quite tranquil, I couldn’t help but wonder why more eligible passengers weren’t using it. I checked, and all of the flights seemed to be full (or close to full) in F.
