Not that I've found, it's part of the reason I keep my spreadsheet. I'd be happy to be wrong.

Do you have rollover miles and/or partner flights? If not the best starting point on the web page may be your "Year-to-date Alaska mile". I am new this year & all of my flights were main fares so what Alaska shows for me is 1.5 x flight miles flown on Alaska.

Based on the confusion I'm going to *guess* you've met the Alaska segment counts for 75K (6 for this year, 12 for next year), but others haven't realized so I mention.

Part 1: If it's too confusing to reconcile your spreadsheet then you may want to give Alaska a call to confirm your EQM gap to make 75k.
Part 2: If all of your remaining 2021 flights are on Alaska and you're not buying first then multiply 1.5 times the distance Alaska shows on your itinerary that you'll fly. How many segments do you need to calculate? You may find a helping hand here with calculations if we are only talking a few trips.
