The idea of serving breakfast at 1:30 pm is a bit odd, in my opinion, but the cold breakfast would just as easily double as an anytime snack.
Ditto, on HEL-JFK I thought the idea of a proper meal after take-off and a good quality cold open sandwich on arrival was a good concept (ca 2018).
A proper bagel with salmon and cream cheese would be great as it could double as both breakfast and lunch for a 1:30PM arrival.
