I have been chasing down managers from hotels and searching the internet to purchase the sheets, duvet, and pillows and what I've found out from employees is that when they order you can tack on an order with theirs. Otherwise you have to buy them in bulk (50 being the minimum). We have had next to no help trying to have them order a set for us when they put in their order and I have tried several locations. I think they have us running in circles. We've even contemplated stealing a set after a stay because we love them so much. We ended up ordering the exact mattress and boxspring through the hotel successfully but no luck on the bedding/pillows. On different websites they are labeled as the Holiday Inn products but the tags are different than the ones you would find in the hotel. The only other option I can think of would be getting 50 people that want the set to get together, put in an order, and ship them out accordingly after the bulk delivery was accepted.
