The exact same thing happened to me when I called. I've also been trying to contact customer service with no luck. While I did some work, I held until the 3 hour and 10 minute mark and still wasn't able to get hold of anyone.

If you need to reach them, try twitter. I was able to get a response within a couple hours. All they were able to do is direct me to the web submission form.
