I currently have booked flights for two passengers in PE (Paid for flights), MAN-LHR-SEA-LHR-MAN. Two award seats in CW have become available for the return flights SEA-LHR-MAN. I would like to upgrade the return flights using Avios. I have done a dummy Avios booking for the return, however for the LHR-MAN leg the flight available is different from my booked flight i.e. Booked: BA 1396 LHR 15.15 to MAN 16.25. Award flight available: BA1402 LHR 1835 to MAN 19.40.

As my tickets are revenue, is it possible to obtain the upgrade from SEA - LHR and remain on the original LHR - MAN Flight ? If this can be achieved is it a case of phoning to make the arrangements ?

I would appreciate some advice/guidance. Thanks in Advance.
