A10 typically is for B or C bus gates. It is tough luck, but frankly, if I have a choice, if I am going to be at a bus gate anyway, I much prefer it to be from A10 than to have to make my way to B or C gates from the lounges and then get an additional bus ride! Same on the way back, if bussed, I'd rather disembark in the main terminal rather than B and C and then need to walk the tunnel to immigration/transfer...
