I noticed this promo still listed in "available". Even though I'd already added it. I was concerned I'd created a bunch of spend and wasn't getting the points. I talked to Amex and at first they thought there was a bug in their system. They sent me over to the tech support people who dug into the issue. They said this offer isn't a traditional Amex offer. It's a marketing promotion between PayPal and Marriott that's being handled by an outside system. Amex tech support did have the ability to confirm enrollment and how many points I'd earned so far.
