Another example is when snow or some such event cancels your flight. Rebooking directly in the First lounge means you have a dedicated agent standing in front of you as you review your various options. That is so much nicer than doing it over the phone or on some flaky website.
I think that's very fair. OTOH the P (or corollary LH HON) phone agents are similarly responsive and empowered to work magic for you.
