We had a couple of stays over the summer - restaurant is standard 4-Star 'Cast Iron Grill', so nothing special but perfectly OK. Rooms have small fridges which are empty. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket just across the road if that works for you - plenty of food/drink options.
