flying cdg-ams-jfk tomorrow, did not receive a ready2fly email but found a link in the klm site that allowed me to load and submit the docs.
I tried once and after 5 minutes I got a message stating they are too busy and can't process it.
I tried it again and after ten minutes I received a 'success' message, the ready2fly logo appeared on the cdg-ams leg.

so the process is far from perfect but it worked quickly.
